WSJT-X with 3.1.8

After the 3.1.8 update, I'm having problems with audio in WSJT-X. Settings appear to be okay, and the same audio settings for fldigi work FB. But it goes into transmit, but no audio.
Anyone else with that problem?

    No problems with update either.

    Troubleshooting from end to end,

WSJT Tx audio device is selected and Pwr is set
Windows Audio controls panel shows active signals on:
Playback - DAX Audio TX and  Dax Reserved Mic Audio
Recording - Dax Mic Audio and Dax Reserved Audio TX

      Flex Panels:
P/CW - Activity on Level meter
PHNE Low and High  filter passband correct

Turns out the update changed the channel the sound came out. It set the WSJT sound to mono. Changing it to left channel fixed the problem.

WSJT-X was the only program the update messed with - at least for this update.

Since turning off the Windows update service gets turned on every time I disable it, then reboot,  looks like I'm stuck with it on this computer.

So the problem is "fixed" for a little while.

Here are the 4 ways you can permanently disable Windows updates. Use caution, you probably want some of those, but at least you can decide when:  https://www.easeus.com/todo-backup-resource/how-to-stop-windows-10-from-automatically-update.html
