Having just upgraded successfully I think, should I be seeing DAX and CAT icons with 3.18 or continue using DAX and CAT v3.1.7   ?

From what I recall reading, that to remove the previous version of SDR, and then download and install the new version.

The v3.1.8 DAX and CAT icons are installed with the v3.1.8 release.  Just look for them on your desktop

Tim, they're not on my desktop. Just the v3.1.7 DAX and CAT
I restarted my computer to make sure.
Both my 6600M and Maestro show SW Version:3.1.8.71

fault was mine in the implementation of the update.  I didn't understand the statement "the upgrade will not be applied to the software in the Front Panel of the “M” Model"
As I downloaded from the radio and the DAX/CAT/SDR icons/software were not installed.  I guess I needed a statement like:
    1. Download from the Flex download site first
    2. Run the update from the 6600M startup  second
    3. Restart or cold boot

Now I see the new icons on my desktop
    Anyway, I'm ok now
