TX1, TX2 PTT not working with DXEngineering Mag Loop power inserter

My 6500 is connected to a DXEngineering (Pixel) amplified Mag Loop antenna.  The antenna power inserter has a 'key' connector to turn off the antenna preamp when the transmitter is keyed.  The voltage on the TX1 and TX2 connectors moves from just above 0 volts to about .6V when the transmitter is keyed.  This voltage is below the threshold to turn off the preamp.

I believe the TX1 connection used to unkey the preamp.  Is the 6500 working correctly?

Thanks, Ron / K2RAS

In your Transmit Profile, have you enabled the port?

That was it!  I don't do much with profiles, I never saw the matrix screen before.
    Thanks, Ron

The tx set up is part of basic set up and would be remembered by the radio, even if you did not have a dedicated profile set up.
