Is there any version 3 operational documentation for Maestro?

I can download and read Maestro documentation for version 2.4.9 — but is there anything I can get that explains the version 3 enhancements to Maestro operation?

Typically version changes are described in the Release Notes, and SSDR changes are replicated on the Maestro.
