    Hello Francesco

Do you think a signal is being captured and fed into your laptop?

Perhaps you might benefit with ferrites on the USB cable?

Waiting to get some ferrites I tightly coiled up on itself the USB cable of the Flexcontrol and got rid of the spikes...and if I uncoil it and hold it in the air the spikes are worst and change with the orientation of the cable, I assume it just takes up signals as you suggested! I am not sure if the ferrites will add something, but will anyway compare them to coiling the cable on itself and let you know!
