Flex 6400M and WSJT-X lines in decode screen

I am using the FLEX 6400M with SmartSDR and WSJT-X for FT8. When decoding, on occasion I get solid horizontal lines across the waterfall screen. They seem about a quarter inch apart from each other. They are solid green, against the blue background.I know there is a way to stop it, but don't know how.  I am able to decode, but it is happening a lot and I thought maybe there is a setting I am missing. It didn't do this when I used a legacy radio on FT8. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I think I know what's happening. It's normal to have time stamps on the left side (they were obscured by a wrong N Avg value) but when I changed it to 2 I see the time stamp and accompanying green line separating them which are there by design.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
