FlexControl

SmartSDR Windows automatically finds a FlexControl when it is plugged in. Can anyone explain how SSDR does this? I know from the Windows Device Manager that the FlexControl installs as a USB serial port. How does SSDR find the right serial port without prompting the user?

I've found one solution that involves looking through the serial ports with ManagementObjectSearcher, but I'm wondering if there is a better way?

It looks like the FlexControl sends "F0304;F0304;" every time its serial port is opened. Is this some sort of ID that SSDR uses to determine that a FlexControl is present?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
