Can someone help me connect the Yaesu M-100 microphone to the Flex 6400M?

    remember that the Yaesu mics have both 8pin foster and RJ45 built in.

    Thanks. Larry. But see: "....This adapter will not work with a Condenser microphones or microphones that have a Up/Down button as there is no Bias voltage available. It will work with a Microphone with a Dynamic element. ..."
