Quick shout out to Tim, David, and Katie at Flex. When my 6600 developed a sticky relay, Tim quickly confirmed my warranty status and alerted the mothership to expect my rig. David did a thorough job and repaired a couple of things I had not even noticed or expected. Now, just a couple of days after two weeks in Austin, Katie is shipping my baby home. Great team effort from a great bunch of folks. Thank you all.

Ah those pesky 120mm fans! I’ve had to replace one too. I did it myself with OK from Flex. The fan was dead on arrival when I bought my radio. I was too excited and too impatient to send it back so I ordered a new fan at my expense and put it in. I was up and running in two days. Sent the bad fan back to Flex for an autopsy at their expense. The new fan probably has thousands of hours on and it’s still going strong. I think they probably had a bad batch of fans ?
