Hello there,
I'm running SmartSDR on a 4K monitor. Text and controls are too small. I know I can change some configurations in Windows10, but everything else, other than SmartSDR, is ok, so I don't want to modify the Windows settings. Is there anything (config file, registers..) I can play with?

Go to the exe of the program. Right-click and select Properties. Choose the Compatibility tab. Click Change high DPI settings. Put a check mark in Override high DPI scaling behaviour. Scaling should be performed by System (but you can try the other two options to see the scaling effect). This does not modify Windows settings and is only application specific. 73 de Erik EI4KF.

    Hi Erik,
Thanks for your suggestion. I just came back from vacation and checked on this. Unfortunately it doesn't work for me, the DPI settings you are describing doesn't exist in my Windows10 computers.

How strange is that?! I have never seen a lack of ability to tailor Windows apps for 4K.

Unless I happen to use a Windows program that is DPI aware, I have to scale DPI for my 4K or else the text is too small.

Maybe someone will know of a different method. 73 de Erik.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
