I would send it in right away. If you try to fix it yourself you may void any warranty

From Jean's pictures it looks like the tablet is expanding

I have initiated a helpdesk ticket.  We'll see what they advise.   I assume my warranty is long gone.

If it's a battery issue you might not want to leave it on unattended

@Mike - just wondering if the battery is swelling like in Jean's case how would you ship it to Flex? Wouldn't that be unwise?

I think about the same age.  I really don't remember, but I got them when they first were available.

I was just wondering if it was the age causing it. if it is then you should be able to find other comments about that table on the internet

Does this mean that the M should not be plugged in the whole time. If we leave the M unplugged long enough, the internal battery will discharge to the point where the M's charging circuit won't recharge it.

I've been leaving my M plugged in to it's power supply 24/7. I use it several times a week. I rarely move it away from the operating desk, I use it more like a desktop radio. Should I adopt some procedure of unplugging the power supply?

My M is one of the first ones made.

    73,
    Mark

Mark, how many reports have we seen with this happening? For me I think it is the only one I have heard about.

Was the screen purchased from Flex Radio? If not where did you purchase it? Thanks
