The Blue Flash when turning on PS

When I first turn on my cheap MFJ switching power supply, even though my Flex6400 is off there's a quick blue flash on the front panel (where the blue wavy Flex logo is). Has anyone else seen this?

Ron, when your radio gets power there are components coming alive before you switch the radio on.

Yes, I think this is normal as everyone sees the same thing. Also when you turn off your power supply and the voltage drops, you also get a red light even with the radio powered down.. I turn off my PS when I am done with radios, as I have 6 radios on the PS, including some cooling fans.. None of my other radios flash lights or do anything, just the Flex.. But since everyone with a 6600M or 6400M experiences this, and Flex has made no negative comments about this, one just needs to accept this and move on.
