Having a bit of trouble with the Flex 3000 display Is this a bad monitor?

I am having these areas that appear to be shinning?  Any idea what is going on here?image

    I think It is in the graphics,,try another skin to see if they are still there.

    I think that Bill hit it!   I believe those are intentional light shading for that skin..  You will find many of the skins with artificial lighting embedded in them..

    I saw some of the videos on KE9NS and they too had the shining lights--guess it is just the software.
