Is SmartLink in V3?

I just wanted to confirm if V3 has all the features from V2 and has SmartLink included?

As I understand it, I must not sound like a flex employee...

All features starting from V1 roll ahead into the next verion of SSDR. That is as planned. This way if your not intersted in features in a version, you can just wait for a version that has what you like.

As an example, some may not buy V3 that just came out,,but if they buy V4 then they get everything all the back from V1.

And yes that incudes Smart Link...
