Ham Radio Deluxe and Digital Master 780 Forgets Settings

Flex 6600 with SDR running on Window 11.  Setup Ham Radio Deluxe and Digital Master 780 using com port 4 for CAT and com port 5 for PTT.  Appears to work ok.

When I shut down HRD and MD780, then restart, HRD CAT control changes to port 5 and DM780 changes the PTT to HRD control.  Nothing works.

Change CAT back to port 4 and PTT to back to port 5, then works again.

Why are HRD and MD780 changing my port settings?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
