Solid Orange color with On/Off Sw when turned off

The On/Off switch flashes green during shut down then turns solid orange when unit shuts down.
Starts up normal with no other codes present.

    Hi Dave,

    You are correct. It was Amber and I checked the Uninstall GPS ands its now gone, back to normal, Off.
    I checked the color code errors and don't see one of Amber after the unit is turned off.

    Makes sense.
    But it appears the unit is powered w/o a GPS as long as the 13.8Vdc is applied, which I assume supplies the freq std to maintain stability rather than a cold start.

    Its interesting that the color code error list that I referenced in the User Manual is quite different than the list in the Hardware Manual; The list you supplied.

    It is listed as Yellow in the list Tim provided. 73 Dave wo2x

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
