RemoteQTH Server with MySQL db

I have been working on the RemoteQTH Server platform as a tool to implement power relay control for our club.  Today I was able to put the pieces together and getting working.  Now when you toggle a relay a record of the relay action is inserted into the db along with the username and date/time.
