6500 control using DDUtil to Ardino (Teensy)

I would appreciate any direction on my serial connection to the Flex6500.  I have an Arduino-based Mag Loop tuner connected to the Flex using an FTDI serial adapter.  The Arduino is receiving frequency info but will not PTT the flex for tuning.  

DDUtil has the serial port setup in RPT1 (Repeater 1 will not pass data).  The DDUtil serial monitor displays the following.

(When the radio frequency is changed)

I am almost there but don't know whether the problem is with the DDUtil setup, or the PTT commands being sent by the Arduino.  Thanks much.
