DAX issues: What is the name of the uninstaller that also cleans the registry?

After 3 days I give up trying to rename my DAX drivers. Even though my DAX does not show an error anymore, the spectrum in CW skimmer now shows a very overly saturated band and no signals. I have spend 3 days on and off with re-installing the drivers per batch scripts (even wrote myself a script that does all in one shot), but the renaming is not working for me.

I now would like to remove any Flex software from my computer, including registry etc. and install those fresh. 

I forgot what others were using for this? Can someone remind me please?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
