Help sought to debug a Raspberry Pi Softhether VPN

Hi,  I have a Raspberry Pi 3 + with a web based relay switching software installed. (This work 100%)  It also has Softether VPN Server installed,  not sure what is wrong in this app.  When I use Softether VPN client to connect (Win 10) It says its connected but it does not put the PC into the same sub net as the main LAN so I cannot connect to any thing on the LAN.
Ria had said several time she would have a look but it seems she is to busy  these days.
Would appreciate any help how ever I do not have any programing experience.
