SO2R with 6500/6300 combination

Hi everyone,
I have a 6300 and a 6500 set up with external BPFs and a 6X2 antenna switch that works great in a multi-2 scenario i.e. two operators are running on two different bands.
I would like to try SO2R with this combination and can run SSDR on two different PCs but I would like to have one instance of N1MM running connected to both radios to control macros, interlocks etc.
As we can only install SSDR (and hence SmartCAT) once on each PC, I am stuck. Is there a way to do full featured SO2R with a 6500/6300 combination?
Yes I could buy a 6600/6700 but a) I don't have the funds and b) we need to keep multi-2 functionality.
Thoughts?
