    Bill is correct,  1 PM Central or 2 PM Eastern,   BUT today the SSB Sweepstakes is going to make it rather difficult to have a net.     You can monitor via YouTube, (  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1c_AZn3ZbU4  )  search for channel "WA5QPZ"    you will find the 14.329 MHz being podcast live (with a 3 to 4 second delay )    Try the net next weekend,  maybe the frequency will be clear.
