SDR 2.4.9 ....your experience so far

Hello to all Dear Friends

Long time without upload a post; not even much radio, my 6600 has been off during many weeks.

Around a month ago I was notified about new SDR version 2.4.9.....some e-mails notification from this community have arrived to my inbox, some of them complaining about this new version.

I confess I have not installed yet

What's your experience with SDR 2.4.9 so far?

    Hello Ernest

    Finally I finished installation
    Cant say it was "smooth" installation

    I had to downgrade, perform a hard reset (white light) Twice

    Flex back to life with previous version, and after checked all was good,  got back to upgrade....

    purple light came again and not flex connection was possible, instead of software showed my flex was connected

    Powered off all (pc included) for  2-3 minutes, re-started PC, flex 6600 and SmartSDR......everything went just right,,,,no problem yet

    I did two contacts on FT8 (40-20 mts)

    looks good so far, haven't try SSB cause I'm cold with sore throat, guess I will do on week end

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
