    I think FRS should consider designing the software so that it can be removed before a new install. Most software providers provide an uninstall program. Apparently, this is a task that cannot be provided by FRS for some reason. Every time there is a Windows update, there must be literally hundeds of hours wasted by users trying to get back to square one not to mention the endless hours the help desk spends.

    You can absolutely remove our software before the update and then reinstall it after the update in exactly the same way as you do with any other application.  Go to "Add or Remove Programs" and search for FlexRadio.

    I guess your definition is different than that of Mr. Ellison. He includes that with a variety of other tasks.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
