How to enable PTT and disable QSK (N1MM+ / external winkeyer / 6600M)

I used CW delay long enough to get a semi break in QSK. Now, I am playing with new amp, and I would really just like to not use any QSK. I am struggling to setup the PTT to my liking.
I would like to disable QSK on the 6600M and toggle PTT appropriately. I would like to get a 15 ms delay (as this is good for amplifier) and a very small tail time as well. If I would use the radio CW delay, its either too short so its still semi-breakin or too long, so I loose some receive time at the end of transmission.
How have others set this up correctly? Something in N1MM or in Winkeyer?
Thanks,
Andy

Disregard this. The cable that I thought I had was not connected. Once I connected Winkeyer PTT with PTT on teh rig, all worked. Embarrassing...
