parallels access no audio

I have just downloaded Parallels Access on the host computer located at the shack. The wife have the iPad so not able to try that at this time however I have logged into it online and (windows 7) and have the remote up and running fine. The problem is I am unable to hear any audio at my remote location. I brought up some music on the hoss pc and I know it is playing ok in the shack. Speakers are set to default (conexant audio). I have also try every one of the selections shown in the picture below. Trying to eventually remote the 6500 with Parallels but at this point I am stuck. PS-- I have read every post regarding Parallels Access. HELP PLEASE.
