new inrad microphones

good morning all.  Got my flex back last night. :)  I purchased a Inrad 629 desk microphone.  created a profile.  When I key the mike, it keys the radio but no audio out.  what am I missing.

    Bias not enabled  +20  is. will change the mike after my net is done Thanks Steve and Ria.  will try that.

    bias on + 20 i also enabled.  found the problem.  the on and off button was in off. did not notice that.  72 yrs old here.  guess the brain is already full, can't take anymore.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
