Newbie here.  Setting up Winlink Express in WINMOR mode I set the TX pwr on my 6600 at 40w.  Now ithe max pwr I can set on any band/mode is 40w.  How do I return the setting to normal?  SmartSDR Ver 2

No, it is not normal. And rebooting is also not necessary.  What you probably did not do is hit the Enter or Tab key after entering the max power value.  If you just enter the value in without hitting either of those keys, the value does not get set.  All fields where manual entry is required in the Setup window, require hitting the Enter or Tab key after the text or number is entered.

I just retested entering a value for max power and I set it to 5 different values and it was set properly each time.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
