Radio froze with "Maestro not responding" after touching screen

I touched the TX button on the touch screen for slice A. I was running 2 slices in SO2R mode. After I touched, the radio froze with message "Maestro not responding".  Had to reboot the radio.

Radio had been running for a few days. SmartSDR running on rig, not computer.

Model 6600M
software: latest SmartSDR v2
CAT connectored
DAX connected

Are there any logs stored somewhere that I can send?

    There are no logs that are available for debugging.  If you continue having this issue, please submit a HelpDesk support ticket so we can investigate in more detail.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
