parallel access Windows 8 audio

I am running Parallels on a MAC with WIN 8, I got the output audio to work but not the MIC.
I I have checked all the default input and output devices in the audio settings to the USB headset and like I said output is fine I can hear people chatting.
While in the audio settings I can see on the WIN 8 settings the meter shows me talking but its not passing it to the smartsdr software.

    Pse chk the PHNE panel, top left, just above PROC and select PC

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
