Alpha 78 keyed with flex, do I need a buffer, I cant find voltage or current draw on relay of amp, schematics only say 24v reed relay.

I feel its safe because the relay connection goes thru transistors used as electronic switches so I'm sure the voltage and current is very low at the jack but its my new flex so not talking any risk.

It is a best practice to use a keying buffer as added insurance that you will not inadvertently damage the keying transistors in the radio.
