Antenna Genius drops connection

Like some of you my Antenna Genius keeps disconnecting ... no pattern just sudden drops... here is what I have done/found: I have tried three sets of commercial CAT6 cables and this did not help. I have tried three different CAT switches.. both 10/100 and gigabit... these did not help. I have tried three new routers and this did not help . I have tried all possible combinations of ports and cables including direct to the router and this did not help. I tried a help ticket but Flex states it’s not their problem. I went back to V1 of the Smart software and the problem cleared up.... there is something in V2 that my AG does not like.... I have been conversing with 4O3A and they are at a loss but if you read the posts on their web site, they want your AG back if you are having this problem as sone of you are and they are producing a new batch of AG’s and will exchange yours for a new one

That's interesting, when did you get the AG???  Are you a beta tester?  Most importantly what does SmartSDR have to do with it, are you saying you have a copy that integrated the AG?

Hi, I have benen using AG and V.2 with SmartLink over remote contesting and it works very weill. No drop outs. I use the Flex cables with USB to BCD pins to AG in BCD codec mode with 30 feet of USB cables extensions. I use 4G mobile internet connection at remote radio site.
