The Login screen for SmartLink is blank.

I have never been able to login to set up SmartLink on my 6300.  It just shows a blank screen.  I did upgrade to 2.33 last night and it had no affect.  HELP!

    When you click on the Icon for SSDR what comes up? Make sure it is the correct Icon for the Version you are starting.

    Do a Help ticket!!, some of the 6300's had a serial number problem that SmartLink couldn't deal with and they had to manually enter the serial number.
    This issue may have been resolved but it's something to look at.

    I am not sure the serial number problem would cause the blank screen...
    can you post a screen shot of the blank screen you see?

    I had the exact same issue when I bought a used 6300 last week. I would login and all I got was a blank screen, I could connect to the rig locally but that was all, so I did a system reboot (held on/off down 4 seconds) and I reinstalled Smart Link and I was able to see the Login Screen and set my remote network settings up. Been working like a charm since then.

    How did you reinstall Smart Link?  What am I missing here?  And sorry, Tim, but the help desk ticket was of no help.

    I just did a reset of the rig, I removed all the flex software from my PC and reinstalled it. The first time I logged in after that I got the setup screen I needed. That was the end of my problems.

    When I logged on at first I tried both with Facebook and with an account I set up, both did the same thing. I would click login and the login screen would disappear. I could do a alt/tab to see what was open and I would see the chooser box and another blank box. Nothing else. I searched these forums and found nothing about those symptoms.  I am not sure if the clearing of the previous owners settings fixed it or the reinstall. But it's fixed.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
