I don't know how local or widespread this is, but around 1900 - 1930Z (still ongoing) I've had this interference. Pulses about every second 16 kHz apart up the entirety of both bands, and then occasionally what sound like long data bursts that looks like the screenshots attached. It's strong here in Austin at my location.

OTH Radar would be my first guess.0

Duane, I'm located 30 miles SW of Houston and at 20:20Z I don't see anything like that.
Must be local to you. Or....ET is trying to call home.

Looks like RFI from PWM motor controller. They are used in clothes washer, heater system and other appliance that do variable speed motor control
i see it when wife decides to wash clothes because the washer is just on the side of the wall the separates my shack from the laundry....Like less than 2 feet....

I had this problem. The problem iscaused by an under cupboard LED **** controller when the controller is in the OFF position. The solution is to turn the lights ON with maximum intensity and install a Post-It note to the XYL to NOT turn the lights off. Crazy, but problem solved.

I have seen that pattern generated from variable speed front-loader washing machines, also with variable speed motors on HVAC equipment. I see it more in Winter from furnaces than in summer from AC units.
THe trash generated by my under-counter halogen lights is totally different, and much, much worse!

I see this on 40 meters from my neighbor’s washing machine. Unfortunately it is the one neighbor we do not get along with so I live with it.0
