Flex 5000A and FT-8

I have a friend that has a Flex 5000a with the newest KE9NS PowerSDR software and is looking for help setting it up to do FT-8.

I heard or saw a post about the time not being able keep current but I don't know if this is actually true or not. 

What I'm hearing from him is that he is having difficult with setting up the VAC. Some type of error message.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
