Tuning guide cursor bug??

There appears to be a bug in the cursor when the tuning guides are turned on.

The cursor should change back to an arrow from cross-hairs when you are on top of the slice flag. It works fine when you enter the slice flag from bottom or left but not from the right. If you enter from the right it stays a cross-hair and is easily lost on the flag.
