DDUtil Error with SteppIR SDA-100

Lost in the weeds on this one. Was working -- now not.
Using DDUtil 3.2.6 and my Flex 6500 just to control the SteppIR SDA-100. "Connect to CAT" produces this error message:  
"Cat Server Connect Error! No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. 127.0.0.1:5002.  DDUtil_V3"  

What is that?

    That error means that DDUtil could not connect to Smart SDRCat. Suggest doing a PC re-boot which should fix things.

    Re-booted. Same error. Seems something a little more persistent. Suggestions?

    Either SmartSDRCat is not running or it has a problem. Open its UI and check to see it has a TCP port 5002 which should be a default it's setup with. If it doesn't have one create it.

    Bingo! Somehow (not my fingers) port 5002 became 6000. Changed to 5002 and we're happy. Still not talking to the SteppIR, but I think I can take it from here. Thank you so much, Steve.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
