Smart Link "Low BW Connect"

Smart Link "Low BW Connect"  I know what it is supposed to do, but clicking on it or "Connect" does nothing. Any ideas??

    Have you selected ("clicked on") a radio first, even if there is only one?

    I tried to connect to the radio, it says "unable to connect to the radio. Please try again.

    There is a test icon, hit that and then try connecting to the radio in question. I have had the same problem with slow or poor internet after hitting the test icon then retry it connects

    The TEST Icon shows a green circle.  No connection in either CONNECT or Low BW Connect

    I have converted this topic to a support HelpDesk ticket (http://helpdesk.flexradio.com) for expedited issue resolution.  Please respond using the HelpDesk ticket for issue resolution.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
