Hi Tim.  thanks for taking the time to reply.  I have followed your link.  I have clicked everything I could find that looked like I was canceling my account.  Yet I continue to receive the emails.

Can you please be more specific about how to stop receiving the emails.

We cannot manage your Community accounts because they are managed by the SaaS software provider, GetSatisfaction.

You need to open a support incident with them
