N1MM+ VOX and Monitor

Getting ready for CQ WW SSB.  I have recorded WAV files and assigned them to function keys in N1MM+.  All is working well with one exception.

On  my wattmeter I see both mic and WAV files are being transmitted.  I always hear the WAV file in my headphones when the MON button in SmartSDR is on.  I hear the mic audio in my headphones if I use the footswitch.  I don't hear the mic audio in the headphones if I use VOX.

    I also noticed this during the context, no audio in headphones or level indicated in the meter if using VOX but fine using the footswitch... 

    Is this a known issue, has anyone filed a bug?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
