Unable to successfully install FreeDV waveform into SmartSDR 2.0.19

I am trying to install the FreeDV Waveform into SmartSDR 2.0.19 but it is not showing up in the install dialog.  Is this a known bug?   Running windows 10.

    I just tried it on 2.0.19. It worked. What’s not showing up? I clicked “File -> waveforms -> Install”

    My install on Windows 10 went fine as well.

    Does it work? I was able to install after I did a new reinstall. Haven't heard anyone...

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
