Removing DAX that is no longer in use

I had loaded Smart SDR on a machine that I no longer use.  I cannot get rid of all the DAX Audio drivers.  How can I get them off this machine.  I did go into device manager and deleted them all - lots of them - but when i rebooted there they are again. The Smart SDR is already uninstalled.  I didn't see anything about deleting DAX but maybe I missed it.  Help please because now on this machin when I try to change audio sources I have to see all the DAX drivers.
