Clear the persistence data in the radio.
Export your profiles, but uncheck the Preferences option before doing the export.
Shut down SmartSDR and power off the radio
Power on the radio holding the power button until the power LED begins to flash white (this is a factory reset of the radio)
After the radio has booted, start SmartSDR and import you profile you just recently exported
Now your band level persistance data has been reset.
On the primary panadapter, change the frequency 7.195
Create a new slice (B). Change the frequency of slice B by manually entering 0820
You should see an off screen indicator (OSI) for slice A showing it has a frequency of 7.195 MHz.
Shut down SmartSDR and reboot the 6300
Start SmartSDR.
You should have 2 slices, A and B on 7195 and 820 kHz respectively Click on the appropriate OSI to change to that slice.
