Sergey is this what you are talking about?

    <macro><Button>TX Slice A</Button><Command>ZZSW0;</Command></macro>

    <macro><Button>TX Slice B</Button><Command>ZZSW1;</Command></macro>

Clay you are right , however ZZSW 0/1 need 2 dedicated macros instead one with ZZFR

Sorry Sergey not familiar with that command.

Only thing I could find on it lends me to believe it was from PowerSDR, maybe not compatible with SSDR?

Clay, I follow with SSDR CAT UM http://www.flexradio.com/downloads/smartsdr-cat-user-guide-pdf/ chapter 4.1 , both commands are presented and I appreciate to use single button on my external keypad to toggle between  A/B. On the fact you can just once switch active from B to A and no more else.

Based on the above pdf I would assume ZZFR should work.

ZZFR is not broken.  It is working as designed.  ZZFR is a command that is used when the radio is in split mode

You have to issue the ZZSW1 command first to place the radio into split mode.  If there is not a slice B defined, one will be created.  The issuing the ZZFR command will toggle the active slice between Slice A and Slice B until Split mode is turned off (ZZSW0)
