In anticipation of the upcoming SmartSDR v2 release, the SmartLink for SmartSDR-Win and SmartLink for Maestro Quick Start Guides (QSGs) are available for download from the FlexRadio website.  These QSGs cover the basics for installing SmartSDR v2.0, including how to obtain a software license for your radio and how to setup SmartLink.

These pre-release sneak peeks are intended for you to get acquainted with the new changes and features before the release becomes available.  This gives you an opportunity to ask questions prior to installing the software.

And a reminder to those who own a Limited Edition (LE) Signature Series FLEX-6700 or FLEX-6500, you will not need to purchase a software license for your radio.  As one of the benefits of purchasing or owning an LE FLEX-6000, the radio has been automatically upgraded to SmartSDR v2, so all you have to do when SmartSDR v2.0.x is released is download the SmartSDR software and run it.

If you do not have an LE FLEX-6000 radio, a software license for your radio will have to be purchased as described in the QSGs listed above.

Enjoy!
