Cannot find "Ionic.zip" in API zip download

Can someone tell me how to fix errors loading the FlexLib.sln project: It's looking for, and says: The project 'Util' (also - 'UiWpfFramework', 'Ionic.zip', 'Vita') cannot be referenced/found. I fixed a path issue that got everything except "Ionic.zip" working. There is no files at all pertaining to "Ionic.zip" anywhere in the API zip file download.

    Jason

You can find the file in
C:Program FilesFlexRadio SystemsSmartSDR v1.10.16   (or whichever version SmartSDR you're using)

Yeah... it's never been entirely clear to me how this dependency is intended to be satisfied. I always have to just fool around with it until I get it working. If the project has a dependency on a Nuget component, a nuget.config as part of the project would certainly be appreciated. This raises another issue: With 2.0 will there be a change in the tool chain being used? Maybe take the opportunity to move to VS 2017? Lots of nice changes... Peter K1PGV

Peter, I found it odd from day one that there was no nuget.config for the project.

I have had reasonable success building the API under VS2017.   But yes it would be nice to make that the native support.

Thanks guys! I'm finding it near impossible to get this compiled. I went home and trying it on VS 2010 Express with an equal lack of success. I could really use some examples too, once I get the DLL compiled.

I was able to install the NuGet extension in VS 2017 Community and it worked great. I was able to click Tools>NuGet Package Manager>Manage NuGet Packages for Solution... problem solved.
Now I still need to fix the missing references for UiWpfFramework ("Referenced Component not found") and "Util" Cannot Be Referenced error.I also get the same error for "Vita"

Excellent video. It helped me resolve some of the reference issues I was having, especially with the ComPortPTT project!

The intent is for the zip to compile without having to touch anything after decompressing.  If that is not happening or if our environment where we test is coloring that process, we will look into this for future releases.  Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Eric, yeah, I had to fix a bunch of references in the projects. The video Mark mentioned above really helped. Now that I got that all sorted out, it's time to start connecting the dots.

I just tried it myself and had the same issues.  We'll get this resolved.  For reference, I entered this in our bug tracker as #4825.
