N1MM+ DDUTL issue

I am stumped as to why but if I start DDUTL before N1MM+ then N1MM+ will  not connect to the radio.  If I start N1MM+ first and then DDUTL all is well.  There are no port conflicts between the two programs.    This seems to be the issue that I was having during the RTTY contest and Wednesday CWT.   

I do not remember this issue before the BETA software.  I have cross posted on the DDUTL Forum

    Options
    1) Do you have the latest version of DDUtil? I think there was a small API change before the latest one.

    2) DDUtil might be grabbing a port that you may not realize is being used?
    3) What ports do you have defined in ddutil, and what ports are you using for the rig?

    DDUTL  3.2.5.01   No ports defined in DDUTL currently.  I am just using it for the HRD Server until I can get mini deluxe back running.    In the rig for n1mm+ 12 rig control, 30 PTT, 16 WinKeyer.  I'll check on the latest version.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
