Router Issue

I hesitate to call this a problem, since I've fixed it already, but it might help someone in the future. I updated the firmware on my Netgear 3400V2 wireless router, and SmartSDR would hang and not start afterwards. Rebooted the computer, same issue. But shutting down and rebooting the radio took care of the problem. Simple problem, simple fix.

Yes, basic troubleshooting practice if you just want to get back and working quickly.

    - Network issues
power down and restart all devices; router, PC, Radio. If still a problem check and change network cables and restart all devices again.

    - Software issues
shutdown restart PC and power cycle radio (off and on of power supply not just the power button on the radio). Still a problem then backup (profiles - export all), full uninstall of all Flex components (SSDR, DAX, CAT, VSP), reboot, reinstall Flex software (maybe with a fresh download), reboot PC and power cycle radio.

If the problem repeats over time then of course more detailed troubleshooting is needed. It is probably fastest to open a support ticket with FlexRadio. This will keep them aware of problems and they might be able to identify real bugs and fix for future releases.

Hi I have tried couples of times to Port-Forward 554 from mobile device to netgear router but it’s not forward ports lower than 1024. Please help me resolve this issue. If anyone is trying to Connect Printer To Wifi Router then they can visit this link https://www.printererrorrepair.com/blog/how-to-connect-printer-to-wi-fi-router/

Port 554 won't work, ports lower than 1024 are reserved standard ports, they usually can't be reconfigured. Any port above 1024 can be.  I just use the default ports 4994 TCP, and 4993 UDP. You should be able to get forwarding working using those ports.
