Flex 6700 Limiting XVTR output into DEMI 2MLDPA

Is there a way to set the 144 Mhz power output limit on the Flex 6700 coming out of the XVTR port so that this maximum output can not be exceeded regardless of profile settings or RF Power slider movement?  I know when a transverter is setup there is a Dbm level that can be set to limit the drive into the transverter but that selection is not available when not using a transverter.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
