Wow. I remember reading about a 30-year older version of those for advancement exams in the USN. You're right - they're great resources. And being PDF, they're searchable too. Thanks!

Thanks Neil. The military manuals are always good resources. I still have the Army Tech manual that we used when I started tech school back in the day (1959). It was easy to understand and very well illustrated. John, W8AGS0

I, too used these manuals in Navy Electronics "A" school. They have a lot of great history in them, especially the Test Equipment section... Ohms Law does not change down through the ages, and the Navy "saw the light" on electron flow... Boy what a surprise to later realize all the civilians had it backwards (:-)....
